  • Dogs, cats, birds and fish are permitted. Other caged animals, or animals perceived or classified as being exotic or dangerous are prohibited. Dogs must not exceed 40 lbs. (full grown). Proof of renter's insurance required for fish tanks measuring 10 gallons or more. Tenants are encouraged to have their cats de-clawed (front claws). Tenants will be responsible for any and all damages caused by their pets. A $300 non-refundable pet fee is required per apartment unit, with a $30 monthly per pet rent. Monthly fees may vary based on the types of pets and number of pets pet unit. Call for breed restrictions. Must sign pet agreement.
